Orders received by 1.00pm, it will be same day delivery Monday to Friday. 

If ordered after 1.00pm we will do our best to deliver it but can not guarantee it.

Orders received after the cut – off time will be sent the next working day.

We will always do our best to get your orders to the recipient on time and day as you request but can not give any guarantee on delivery times.

Please contact us as soon as possible in the unlikely event that an order is not received, so that we can arrange another delivery.  We must be advised within 2 days, of any non delivery.

We can not guarantee delivery times, but will do our best to deliver and as close as possible to the time requested.  Delivery times are effected by the time we receive the order and couriers so while we would like to deliver as requested it is not always possible.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES

We will be able to deliver same day if orders are placed before 10.00am otherwise they will be delivered the next working day.
