Flowers

Our designs are elegant, modern & unique. We use only but the best quality flowers to get that affect. All our arrangements are specially hand made to order by our highly trained Floral Designers and each has its own unique look and charm. We will try our best to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order but it is not always possible due to seasonal factors and availability of materials.

Our pictures are a guide but we will make every effort to fill your order accordingly, if we need to substitute a flower or item we will use blooms of equal or greater value to those shown. Our photos show the flowers in full bloom however we try to send flowers which are still in bud as these are the freshest available and will last the longest. Vases are not included with flowers unless specifically stated.

Hampers & Gifts

Some items might not be available so we will substitute other items of equivalent or greater value.

Alcohol

You must be 18 years and above to accept or order any alcohol. Some states require special licensing to deliver alcohol with flowers so there might be delivery restrictions that apply in some states.

Cancellations

Should you cancel your order once it has been placed we will credit your account fully, less $15 administration fee. No refund can be made after the flowers have been dispatched.

Please ensure all details and messages are accurate at the time of placing your order for we may not be able to make alterations to the order details. Also please be careful when ordering extras from the other menus as we will have to deliver what you have ordered even if you have accidentally ordered an item while browsing.

Please check your receipt carefully and our confirmation email or ring us ASAP if you have made a mistake so we can alter it before the arrangement is made and delivered.
